What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, the topic, budget and timeline you choose, and your message. To protect the form from abuse we also process your IP address temporarily. Our web server keeps standard technical logs for security.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and technical data to keep the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the form for marketing and we do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the email provider that delivers the message to us and Cloudflare, which delivers this website and protects it from attacks.
Cookies
The website sets one functional cookie, zipbit_lang, to remember your language choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the applicable legal retention periods apply.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
